The purchase of Louisiana from the French was massive because it had a different effect on many people which included women, Native Americans, and enslaved African Americans. The women never really had a reason to think on such an opinion that was man based. Since, their only thoughts should be on the home, children, and cooking food, not something as land in which business comes into play in life. The quote “It’s all about land” but what would women do with it since work did not apply to them at this time during the Louisiana Purchase. They gained land because they men worked hard in war to have to expand their families and have a better live.

It was not easy for Jefferson to total kick them out of their positions, since Hamilton put them in overnight on his last day, while enforcing their placement for life. He knew it was somewhat illegal to be traveling west because Lewis and Clark were going to head into the Spanish Territory. The Irish came to America because of the potato famine, which caused their people to starve to death, so when they arrived they took up jobs they no one wanted. Most of the Irish were unskilled workers, so taking a job no one wanted was an opportunity for them, and so they could feed their families and bring in money. The German contributed to the Market Revolution by building school, churches, even crafting shoes, and being farmers. The Americans did not respect them, since the Germans were just taking their precious jobs, and spoke foul words at them just like they would do to the slaves in the cotton
