Jennie- I am capable of whatever the team needs. I enjoy power points, and I am not great at excel.. I am willing to do whatever necessary to help the team. I am NOT available on Sunday, I try to complete all team assignments by Saturday to give ample time for assignments to be composed and reviewed.
Dewanna- I can be creative when completing presentations and possess good organizational skills. I work well with team members. I can be a leader or a team player. I will do whatever I am needed to do to make our team experience a good one.
Jean- I enjoy creating PowerPoint Presentations, worksheets, and lesson objectives. I have OCD when it comes to consistency. I am usually thorough in making sure assignments include everything according to the rubrics. I think ‘outside of the box’. Arleen Rodriguez- I am also pretty open to anything my skill inventory consists of a lot and sometimes I can be very techy especially with presentations and such. Maggie: If there are power points I actually like doing power points. I am willing do anything and everything that is asked of me.

This team experience will be different than past experiences because the team members have a determination to communicate and complete assignments effectively.
What are potential barriers to the achievement of these goals?
Dewanna- Lack of communication and participation are two barriers that cause the teams goals not to be met.
Jean - Barriers may include lack of communication, determination, and participation, as well as not meeting deadlines for each assignment. Arleen Rodriguez – Only team barriers that can arise as I have seen in the passed is organization and communication Maggie: I agree with dewanna. Communication is key!! Also team members need to get along and be understanding of another. Last class we had an individual in our group that wasnt very understanding and was sort of pushy.
