Work Ethic Personal Statement Examples

My strong work ethic, dedication and drive for achievement will be a positive contribution to the team. I am punctual, detail orientated and highly dependable, with a great ability to within deadlines, ensuring productivity. I believe the best teams are composed of individuals who readily go the extra mile for each other and who share a common vision. Great teams respect and help each other be the best they can be; these are qualities that are very important to me. I will bring enthusiasm and passion and put the needs of the team before my own to enhance team performance, and by doing so the entire organisation and stakeholders benefit.

Energetic and approachable are words that easily describe my personality. My outgoing nature allows me to create and develop relationships with stakeholders and my professionalism effectively maintains these relationships. A major key in developing these relationships is honesty and a good listening ability. By figuring out their needs, I can provide a solution that suits both party's goals.
Seeing positive changes further fuels my desire to perform and while these changes are not always big, a step forward is a step forward. I believe in searching for victories every day; the cumulative total of these victories is what leads to success. Whether I am learning a new software, learning a new coaching cue from my Mentor or running a simple errand, these victories ultimately contribute to the team, the athletes and the organisation.

I understand that a role such as this requires a level of adaptability and responsiveness, and I welcome the challenge. Lastly, I respect the privacy and confidentiality of all those around me. I can prove this with various examples during the interview
