Economies of scale - reduction in the cost per unit resulting from increased production, realized through operational efficiencies. Economies of scale can be accomplished because as production increases, the cost of producing each additional unit falls. Effectiveness - Power to be effective; the quality of being able to bring about an effect. Efficiency - The state or quality of being efficient: “greater energy efficiency”. organizational culture - The values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization. organizational design - is the science (and art) of creating an organizational structure optimized to support strategic, business or culture goals. organizational structure – The values and behaviors that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.

1. How would you define the term organization? What are three types of sport organizations? I define the term organization as something that is welled planned and established for the completion of a event,1. Organizational culture 2. Organizational design and 3. The difference between effectiveness and efficiency is that when your affective that means that you are making a difference but when someone is using efficiency they are being consistent.
