Objective: As a consultant to Mark, the objective is to describe how to advise him to give a raise to all. none or to the deserving minority. Design a reward system to reward like Anne and Dougie
Motivation and reward systems have to be implemented successfully in order to ensure high and excellent performance from employees. Employee reward and recognition system is considered as very effective motivating tools and should be an ongoing efforts to be effective. When certain single rewards, will be offered then frustration and dissatisfied employees will be recorded. An effective rewards system will result in great benefits to organization like enhance and improve of productivity, increase the work force retention and result in customer satisfaction.

It has been agreed that improving and increasing job satisfaction will result in increasing employees productivity. Job satisfaction is defined as an emotional situation, therefore, job satisfaction will be the one of the major objective since it will lead to satisfied employee which will result in more productive employee. For example, Mark can design and apply a rewarding and incentive plan to appreciate and recognize top employees like Anne and dougie for achieving periodic objectives. Rewarding employees like Anne and Dougie can be defined as more challenging than rewarding certain performance. The stage to begin will start from identifying the attitude and performance that can be very benefited to the organization, these perfect performance will include factors like improving and enhancing customer relationships, fine-tuning of certain organizational processes in order to enable employees expand their managerial skills. According to Lisa (2006) rewarding program can be either Compensation: A commission system of reward and structure for certain employees like for example sales professionals, this system supports the idea of rewarding a salesman who accomplished certain business level with more money. Financial rewards system, for employees having no system of commission, can be defined as profit-sharing system. Ensure annual increase for employees that accomplished specific level of performance

A reward system is defined as a structured method of evaluating and compensating employees based on their performance. The compensations and rewards are known as incentives to the employees. Reward systems can help to boost company morale, as well as productivity levels which increase overall revenue for the company. However, there are a lot of negatives that can come with reward systems if not implemented correctly.
