Using3-5 sources, write a paper entitled, “How Culture Affects an Organization.” Focus your thesis on how corporate culture develops out of cultural diversity (ethnic, racial, religious, political, etc.). Managing workplace diversity goes far and beyond managing different employees in the organization. However, it refers to: the country’s culture that we are running our business, clients & business partners’ culture that we are liaising with as well (Culture and Diversity in the Workplace, 2013). Further, when we talk about cultural diversity in the workplace, it refers to the stereotyping and discrimination that a human being does for their subordinate.
