Living in the city has its pros and cons.

The majority of people want to live in the city because they think that it is the place where collected everything that can make their lives better than living in the countryside. And so, there are many people abandoned their homeland and families to live in the city with the hope of prosperity of living standard. In fact, living in Phnom Penh city has many advantages and disadvantages for their living conditions. As a result, it is the place of jobs opportunities, easy to run business, easy to get information and it also the place where educational opportunity, super markets, transportations, entertainments, sport clubs, cultural centres and social services are located, but it also a very difficult place to live for the poor such as they have to spend much money every day on clothing, food, water, electricity, and rent house. The capital city is the place where everything is taken placed. It means that the city is not only the collection of people, but it also the place of works, or services such as factories, companies, industries, markets, enterprises, businesses, night clubs, hotels, restaurants, service stations and so on. For example, there are many garments factories in the city today and at least one factory has 200- 3000 workers working there. Some people work in companies, night clubs, restaurants, hotels, or in medium enterprises, and others work in petroleum stations or beauty salons. In addition, some people are working as construction workers and civil servants etc.

Pros:
 The quality of life in such big cities is better for young people: easy to run business/educational opportunities/ internet access

Meanwhile the city is also the place where many businesses are running. In fact, to run business the owner must have enough money (capital), but the place is also very important .As you already known that the city is the place which everything is collected, so when you want to run your business you should operate it in the city first; after that you can expand it to the provinces and districts..

Furthermore, there is a tendency in the modern society to abandon the country and to migrate to the city. More and more people, especially young and well educated, decide to live in large metropolises rather than in small towns or villages. The main factor that influences their decision is unemployment problem which is very acute in the country. The city offers many opportunities to young people. First of all, they can attend there the best universities and use the best learning resources which will allow them to develop their knowledge and skills. Good educational background increases their chances to find employment in good companies which will offer them lucrative posts. People who are ambitious and want to be successful and pursue their careers find in the city many possibilities to realize their potential and to gain the best professional experience. the educational opportunity in the city is higher than the countryside because there are many schools both public and private, institutes, and universities in the city, so it is very easy for learners who seek for educational opportunity. Schools, institutes, or universities are very popular because they have a lot of facilities such as computers, Internet, E-mail free for students to research. While teachers they are very high quality educated people with whom you trustable. Moreover, some universities have their own companies or partnership companies that they can operate with in order to improve students’ work ability, so learning in the city will get higher quality than other where else.

Online Education system is available in big cities.

In addition, (internet access) living in the city is also easy for getting information from everywhere or from other parts of the world. Through Internet, E-mail, Computer, Mobile phone, Radio, Newspaper people can communicate each other easily and spend a little money...
