As the statistics show, one out of five students change their major between admission and the first day of classes. Nearly 3 out of 4 change their major twice before the graduate. These results made me wonder, Is it really necessary to choose a major? what influence has the choice of a specific major on students and their education ? what are the opportunities for the future ?

I think that activities can have influence on your major and career, For Example: an economies major gets involved in drama and goes into arts management .
