The strategic plan of change in consideration involves with how “Eagle Memorial Nursing Center” nursing home is faced with malpractice lawsuits and has now cut its nursing and support staff by half in the last three years and has plummeted from its lofty position as the best staffed nursing home in the metro area to the poorest (down from 302 to 95), while also posting among the lowest rankings in the state for quality patient care due to failure to adhere to standards of care.
