The Importance of Good Health

One day she woke up and decided to change her life because she could not play with her kids and enjoy her life with her family. She said everything is about discipline, perseverance, and passion. So she started to walk one hour every day, and change the food that she used to eat and now after one year she lost 100 pounds and she feel that she is living again. Whit this point we understand that be healthy is important. You don't need to make drastic changes just doing basic changes related to food and exercise. Eating well, keeping active and keeping your mind healthy are the key to have a good health. You do not need to be on a diet, you only need to know how to combine your foods, having colors in your plate is the key to start choosing your food well, avoiding the white color and having more green, red and yellow. For example, starting your morning with a shaker of protein such as blueberries and banana juice, then having a morning snack eating yogurt, nuts or other fruit. For lunch you can have pasta if you want, however, is important to have some vegetables, other good idea is fish or chicken with salad and you can repeat this for your dinner and before your dinner you should have an evening snack. If you accompany it with daily activity your body will thank you. It doesn’t mean that you need to go the gym or pay for a personal trainer, you just need to keep active. For example, is proven by the University of Cambridge if you walk 20 minutes a day can avoid falling in overweight and if you are already with overweight doing this every day you'll help your body after 3 months to reduce at least 30% of your weight.
