MBA is a stepping-stone to the management carrier and to develop good manager it is necessary that the theoretical must be supplemented with exposure to the real environment. Theoretical knowledge just provides the base and it‘s not sufficient to produce a good entrepreneurs or good mangers that’s why practical knowledge is needed. In accordance with the requirement of MBA course this report is been drafted.
Being MBA students we got great opportunity to understand the applications of Primary and secondary data collection and interpretation. We came to know about practice use various statistical tools and methods like chi-square, ANNOVA, sample size calculator etc. We also got experiences of drafting questionnaire, field work to get questionnaire filled. The project report is the research on A STUDY ON CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MNAGEMENT & ISSUES FACED BY THE MALL MANAGEMENT IN ORGANIZED RETAIL STORE. It consists of research objective, research methodology, secondary data of Retail Industry, data analysis our interpretation and conclusion.
A good teacher is the one who show the path and is the only light before him to guide, lead, courage and motivate high on life’s journey and guest to attain the unknown with regards to obtain knowledge and learning.
We take this opportunity to express our profound gratitude and deep regards to our guides Prof. Jitendra Sharma and my corporate mentor Mr. Sanjay Gandhi for their exemplary guidance, monitoring and constant encouragement throughout the course of this thesis. The blessing, help and guidance given by them time to time shall carry us a long way in the journey of life on which we are about to embark.

1. Research Methodology
Reliance is facing a problem of billing as Saturday and Sunday? Does Training create impact on Store Sales?
Does a store employee create awareness related with royalty card in customer mind? Does this process have any impact on sales?
Does employee involvement at their workplace would impact in their store sales? Does improper inventory would create any impact in final profit of the store?
Research objective can be defined as a purpose or motive behind the research through which the researcher tries to conclude some of the major & minor findings. In our research our research objectives are as follows.
To check out the overall customer satisfaction
To study the impact on Training on sales
To find the Employee Involvement Level in selling process
To study the problems related to Billing Counter
To study impact on profitability of store due to improper inventory management
Research design is also known as framework or blue print of the research. There are three types of research design.
1) Exploratory research design
Exploratory research design means to find something new that helps us to collect preliminary information and research hypothesis consumption
2) Descriptive research design
Descriptive research design means to describe any situation or information in detail 3) Causal research design
Causal research design means to study the cause and effect relationship of situation.
Here in this research I had used exploratory research & descriptive research.
The source from which we get information or data for research is known as data source. The researcher can gather 2 types of data:
1) Primary data:
The data which is freshly or newly gathered for a specific purpose or for specific research purpose for the first time is known as primary data. 2) Secondary data:
The data that already exists somewhere which was gathered in the past for some other purpose is known as secondary data....
