The people bullying the person related to the theme because all the people could be jealous of the person and that’s why he is getting bullied. The picture pointing fingers shows someone getting bullied relates to the theme. In the picture pointing fingers the person is upset not knowing the reason he is bullied is that the bullies are envious of him. All in all, the examples connect to the theme by showing how similar it is to the novel. The people bullying the person in the middle can relate to the kids bullying Margot. Margot was excluded and that was because the kids hated her because of her possible future, her past, and her actions. William is jealous of Margot and locks her inside a closet. William becomes angry and jealousy controls him. William ends up locking Margot up in a closet not believing her that the sun will be coming out.
