In today’s economy we see a lot of businesses going out of business or changing ownership. Sometimes the economy is not to blame, often business lack skills that it takes to be successful. Businesses especially like Human Services businesses often have to make sure that they have a well executed structure. Communication between the business and the community is a very important part of a successful business.

Quality and outcomes is when the trends from now a days are used to control the quality of care that a Human Service Organization puts out to their clients. The better quality of care the organization they provide the better outcomes for the clients there is.
Knowledge and management is making sure that all of the case managers and persons in the organization is knowledgeable in the Human Service Field and the management is up to speed on all of the news in the office so they know what is going on..
Capabilities based competition is where the Human service company knows what they are capable of and they use that to their advantage against other companies("Social Enterprenuers",2003) . Know what you organization can provide for others can be seen as a competition because what a company is doing right often others will see their success and what they can be doing to make their business thrive. Collaborating with other community resources and with other organizations can further the business of any Human Service Organization("Social Enterprenuers",2003)
