Not only does it affect us now, it will also affect through the span of our life time. So why not show the older adults and peers that we are not who they think we are. We are better. We show that it isn't just a person that can change the world it can be a team. Generation Y is an innovative generation of millenials that work together to make this world a magnificent place, a place of new ideas and creations. We are a generation that works smart, not hard and because of that it makes us look lazy. However, because of the groups we work in and how we get the work done, at the end it shows that we do work hard. Saying that this generation is always being lazy is a misconception. In regards to a personal connection, Edith is going to school full time and is working two jobs. She manages to keep her grades at a outstanding point and manages a social life along with all of her other responsibilities. Andre is a young man who also goes to school full time and once again, works at best buy along with many other time commitments. Allie goes to school full time and works as a certified nursing assistant along with many other commitments. This goes to show that this generation is not full of slackers and that there is hard working individuals that are part of the millennial title. We have yet to change everyone's mind but by taking one step at a time and using our voices to the best of our ability. We can change the
