Essay on Entrepreneurs
Essay on Entrepreneurs

There are many advantages when being an entrepreneur, some of which benefit a lot of the families all over the world.

One of the many benefits offered when being an entrepreneur is, having time to spend with your family. It is said that families who have an enterprise can concentrate on their personal life and parents can have a more healthy relationship. The advantage would be that family members can be involved in the business as well. Both husbands and wives can help in various aspects of the business while the kids can see what their parents do for a living.

A second reason it could help is, by serving as a stress reliever. Most jobs have you go in no matter what, but if you have your own enterprise you can take your own days off to take care of yourself when you're sick or your kids. You can work while having the freedom to do what ever you please, there's no boss telling you what to do or no politics. The only thing you have is deadlines and you can work at whatever pace you want as long as you get your work done.

Another very important fact of working as an entrepreneur is you can sell your goods for lower prices than others with rent can. Because you have no rent as an expense, no extra taxes or utility expenses you can really concentrate on your products quality. An example of an advantage could be discounts on your products by putting a lower price or even save that money because you have no rent to pay. After all someone who doesn't have to pay for rent, can always have lower prices because the person who has to pay the rent has to cover his expenses.

Overall, this entrepreneur business has its positives and negatives, but never the less it's attracting thousands around the world and soon many people will be working from home. Its basic advantages are working at home, having no boss to bug you or tell you what to do. You're your own boss, you have deadlines and a schedule that you make and follow. You can spend

Thus, you can make all decisions and ultimately control your own destiny. Suppose that you are working under a tough and stubborn supervisor, then, you could be extremely annoyed at having to keep following his rules or commands in order to avoid confrontations with such an irritating person . Hence, starting your own business is an alternative to free yourself from being controlled. This means you are no longer supervised or have to report to anyone. Besides, being an entrepreneur enables you to choose the people you work with. Obviously, it is you that determine who to hire or fire since you are the boss. On the other hand, if you work for a company, you can hardly select your desirable co-workers. Also, having your own business will allow you to get things done faster because you play a completely active role in your work, which means you can push your employees to finish their tasks quickly rather than waiting for a long procedure with complicated paperwork to get approval from your managers when working for a company, especially for a big corporation. Moreover, being a business owner brings you a sense of time self-directedness that refers to the flexible hours in your work which will, in turn, help you have a work-life balance. Imagine that you are working for a…
