Dog Observation Memo

On 04/26/16 at 3:16pm, I was dispatched to 2825 Sunset View Court on a possible nuisance dog, owner known, dog still at large. I arrived at the house and spoke to complainant William Rectemwald. Mr. Rectemwald stated that he was cutting his grass in the backyard when the dog jumped the fence and came at him in an aggressive manner. Mr. Rectemwald use pepper spray to get the dog to leave his property. Mr. Rectemwald wrote a statement about the incident. I went to 2832 Valley Green Drive to talk to the dog owner. Dog owner Jolene Winter was not at the resident, but I spoke to her husband Shawn Winter. Who stated that his neighbor is enticing his dog to jump the fence with food. I asked to see the dog; Mr. Winter complied. I did not see any signs
