Dance is a way people can interact with body. If it’s just to get in shape or just for the love of it. For instance dancing helps with those who are troubled or are in stress. By dancing people will start to do it. Cause dance is a wonderful hobby enjoyed by many people throughout the world. Besides being lots of fun, dancing is good for you, both physically and mentally. Anyone can learn how to dance... it's all a matter of learning how to move your body. The variety of forms of dance is overwhelming. The cultures and people dancing are very amazing. They’re some dances that people do that are just born to do them. This would be the famous dancers all over the world. It forms connections through one of the many types of dances that all around dancers use in the world is Jazz. Jazz has become one of the most popular dance styles in recent years, mainly due to its popularity on television shows, movies, music videos and commercials. Some people enjoy watching jazz dancers, as they perform in the most outgoing showcase. Dancing for these people is very adequate. Jazz dancing is a form of dance that showcases a dancer's individual style and originality. Every jazz dancer interprets and executes moves and steps in their own way. This type of dancing is energetic and fun, consisting of unique moves, fancy footwork, big leaps and quick turns. To excel in jazz, dancers need a strong background in ballet as it encourages grace and balance. (Jazz Dance). Jazz classes tend to be casual and relaxed. A dancer's body lines need to be visible; however, so baggy clothes are generally discouraged. Tights and leotards are fine, but most jazz dancers prefer to wear jazz or dance pants. Jazz pants are usually boot-cut or flared styles, as tight bottoms would restrict ankle movement. Take tap as an example; they use their feet just like jazz dancers, but have more technique and put an extra effort to be the best at what they do.

The goal in tap dancing is to produce clear, clean sounds, with various levels of tone. Body weight should be held slightly forward, allowing most of the dancing to be done on the balls of the feet. The knees and ankles should be relaxed at all times. Beginning tap dancers are sometimes told to dance as if they were dancing on a glass floor. Jazz dance has become different because of how much time they take to prepare for dancers to be adequate performers. Tap dancing is mastered through lots and lots of practice, but they’re just some people that have gifted feet taping feet. Beginning a tap dance classes focus on learning single tap steps, then incorporating the steps into series of combinations. A few of the basic tap steps include the brush, flap, shuffle, and ball change. As tap dancers they strive to produce clean tap sounds with each step. Tap teachers will usually roam the studio during classes, listening for extra taps. This is a good thing. (Tap). Typical tap classes last about an hour, beginning with a warm-up to stretch the muscles of the legs and feet. Tap dancers will practice a series of basic steps, adding more difficult combinations as they become more proficient. Tap dancing is a vigorous form of dance, requiring a great deal of physical fitness. Many kids as well as adults tap dance for fun and exercise. It builds aerobic fitness as well as muscle control. This also can relate into the next root, hip hop. Tap and hip hop are basically the same when it comes to moving they’re feet but hip hop takes it a bit extra farther. Hip hop is a dance style, usually danced to hip hop music that evolved from the hip hop culture. The first dance associated with hip hop was breakdancing. While breakdancing consists primarily of moves executed close to the ground, the majority of hip hop moves are done standing up. Hip hop developed from several cultures, including jazz, rock, tap and American and Latino cultures. Hip hop is a very energetic form of dancing.
