Task A Information leaflet:
You have been asked to produce a leaflet that mentors within your organisation can use when supporting new members of staff. The leaflet needs to outline some of your organisation’s procedures and be a useful reference point. In this document you will:

A) explain the teaching training role and responsibilities in education and training (ref.1.1)

Roles and responsibilities are important because they would allow for order in any given organisation and also for personal and organisational objectives to be met. Actions and activities assigned to or required or expected of a person or group are referred to as "Roles" while the obligations to carry forward an assigned task to a successful conclusion are referred to as "Responsibility". It is also the role of the person delivering the training to be able to carry out the following.
Identify needs - finding out the needs of the organisation and the learners, preparing work and session plans to deliver learning based upon the needs of the organisation, the syllabus and the learners.
Plan and design - Preparing the environment, suitable delivery, recourses and handouts.
Deliver/Facilitate - teaching and learning in a suitable manner.
Assess - ensuring your learners have learnt the necessary skills and knowledge
Evaluate - obtaining feedback from the learners and evaluating in order to modify or make changes in the future.

B) explain how the teaching/training role involves working with other professionals (ref. 3.1)

As a teacher/instructor, there will be times when you may come into contact with other professionals. These could include other members of your own organisation that support your role of teaching such as administration staff, stores personnel, managers, and other instructors.
You may also come into contact with other professionals outside of your own
