These are notes created to list and define the many responsibilities of top managers. While they have many duties they also commonly overlook almost everything dealing with a business. They keep the money rolling in and make sure anyone invested is up to date and completely understands everything surrounding its success or failure.

It is much better to be associated with a successful business than a failing one but those who fail use the things they have learned as a stepping stone in the success of their second or third attempt. Some choose not to try again but if it were me I would try until I can't anymore.

There are many reasons a second attempt does not happen including financial hardship and personal reasons. Sometimes it is fear that keeps a person from going in again and they basically accept the failure. My grandma told me, "In everything you do; if you fail you try again and again. Never accept failure once because that becomes what you are known for and its best to be known as the person who kept trying, then the one that just curled up and let their dreams die due to
