1. Chapter 1 “Young people of the highest class.” The active reading strategies I used in this chapter were predicting. I predicted what the book would be about.
2. Chapter 2 “I can go down stairs three steps at a time.”

In this chapter the active reading strategies I used was clarifying as I read I took notes so I did not get lost.”
3. Chapter 3 “You will be in tunnel 97 today.”

In this chapter the reading strategy I used was re-reading to better understand the chapter.
4. Chapter 4 “What are you doing?”

In this chapter the active reading strategies I used was commenting. Trough out the book I used sticky notes and made comments
5. Chapter 5 “But if you don’t know what it is.” In this chapter the active reading strategy I used was questioning. While I read I asked my self-questions.

6. Chapter 6 “Where were you when it happened?”

In this chapter the active reading strategy I used was visualizing. When the author used descriptive language I made a mental picture.

7. Chapter 7 “Captain Fleery.” In this chapter the active reading strategy I used in this chapter was summarizing. When I was done reading this chapter I summarized everything I had read and helped me understand what was going on so far.
8. Chapter 8 “Caved in .No entry.”

The active reading strategy I used in this chapter was predicting. Before I started to read this chapter I used the summary I made of chapter 1-7 and guessed
