The beginning of World War 1 was something not expected. It went the total opposite way from what was planned. The assassination of Arch Duke Ferdinand is what sparked the war. The war started in 1914. The war itself began in Balkin, Austria Hungary declared war on Serbia, Then Germany declared war on Russia, Then went on to France. France and Great Britain declared war on Austria Hungary within six days.
The war had many causes, one of the first reasons for the war was a trend toward developing military resources, for defense and protection. That was one of the many major causes. World War I took so many things, it took peoples lives and they way people live away form them and the normalcy. The first world war will forver be apart of our history and our lives and all the countries it effected.
On of the highlights of World War I was the usage of new improvements such as machine guns, airplanes, submarines, poison gas, explosives, flame throwers, grenades, and more accurate guns and tnaks. There was multiple battels fought during WWI. This war left so many casulaties and around nine million people dead in the battel fields. This war was one war that made history change our lives. Everyday history is changed in some way some are for the good and some are for the bad.
This first World War spraked so many things to come into play. Following this war we had World War II, which is surely just as bad or worse than the first one. It is a tragic thing to think of our country along with some many others fighting against each other. It was something that will never be forgotten and should always be taught because it is something that has changed the life we live
