What Is the Rule That You Live by?
What is the rule that you live by?
We all live in the world of rules. I would classify all the rules into two big groups macro and micro. Macro rules are the rules that were formed by government’s institutions, religion, culture and society. Micro rules are settled by each person for himself of herself depending on the way he/she was brought up and educated.
I have a few personal rules I use in my live actively. They are very simple and based on a very elementary foundation. First of them is “think positively”. It’s very important for me to follow this rule, because I truly believe that The Universe works this way. Your thoughts have the energy like everything else in the Universe. And we know from the physics that “energy can never be created it always was always has been; everything that ever existed always exists; it’s moving into form, through form and out of form”. Thereby, your thoughts can become your most desirable things. Your thoughts are the beginning of your creation. Look it this way, you think about something, you want it, you think how you can get it, you do steps forward to your dream, and if you work enough you will succeed.
I also try to be grateful for all I have. And if I don’t have something I’m thankful that I have the opportunity to try to get it. It’s very important to understand that you can try to get anything you want. This rule is mostly from the Bible; you can find the line there “be grateful for what you already have, and you will attract more good things”.
Third rule I live by is “it’s better to try something and maybe fail than not to try and miss a possible opportunity ”. Mistakes and fails are as good experience as your victory, you never know what will teach you better. But a missing opportunity is something what you can regret about; sometimes we have only one chance.
In closing, I would like to say, we all have a choice what rules we should live by. I believe in my rules and that they will bring me to the goal I

Without rules and regulations all civilization would plunge into chaos, as there would be nothing protecting us from one another’s most basic self serving instincts, and sometimes self-destructive habits. Often time’s simple rules and regulations protect us from ourselves, such as not touching a hot furnace or driving through an intersection when the light is red. If we look just at laws of the road one can quickly see how many devastating accidents would occur (and how many lives would be ruined) if no one followed the rules of the road. Without the utmost care to follow these rules, things that could easily be prevented may happen, resulting in very negative things.…

Everyone has laws that they live by, these are called “laws of Life”. Many people use aphorisms or quotes to shape the way they live, usually they are by famous or successful people. An aphorism good to follow is, “the mind is everything, what you think you become” by Chinese philosopher Buddha. This aphorism teaches people, whatever they think of themselves, they would eventually become. Another lesson this aphorism will teach is that if you want to yourself to have a positive life with positive outcomes you must have positive self-image the same if you have a negative self-image. The 3rd lesson this aphorism will teach you is the way you think of the outcome of something, good or bad, reflects on the outcome of the situation will be towards…

Someone may agree with this statement because someone might feel that life is too short to be following rules and that they should live life how they want. Although they should not do things that are extreme and are UN necessary for example killing someone would be extreme and they should not be going to these extremes. However small rules might not matter to people and so that some rules might be broken regularly. If someone was at home and there was a house rule that you have to clear the plates away and one day you didn’t want to or couldn’t because you needed to be somewhere then this would be an acceptable rule to break as there is not severe consequences…

Any country or a place has its set of rules or laws. They are made in order to keep the place safe and peaceful. Some may have a set of rules while others may have rules that are open to changes and additions. These rules are set to govern people and keep them in discipline. However, as the saying goes ‘rules are meant to be broken’. Many people are found breaking these laws. No one in the world always follows the rule. It might be a small rule they might have broken, but they have done it. Many cases have been reported where people broke rules so that they could do what is appropriate. This might be appropriate in cases but not always. Hence sometimes, breaking the law can be justified.…

There are many rules that are followed in society today, whether they have been around for hundreds of years, or just natural instincts of kindness. They are not usually things people would get punished for if they did not follow, they are more of an act of respect. Things like holding the door open for people behind you, saying please and thank you, or not eating until everyone at the table has their food. These rules mostly come from what is taught to children at young age, or what is learned from watching people around the world. They are important to people today because they keep order, and maintain respect for others. Without these rules, people could come across as rude and not thoughtful, and the world would just be a mess.…
