Interview Research: The Reason that I choose to interview Ingrid Smith is because she is an employee of a company that offers an onsite clinic. Ingrid has been employed with company for 5 years. She has also attending the onsite clinic on several occasions, and feels that every large company should have one. Interview Topic Research: While researching the topic and it was found to be a personally hands on topic. An on-site clinic is very beneficial to both employee and the employer. This benefits the employee by not having to lose time from work, which in turn the employee doesn’t lose pay. The other benefit is
