TRENDS THAT WILL INFLUENCE THE FUTURE OF TRAINING

Companies are providing training as a means to increase demand for their products and services in the competitive marketplace. Training programs' importance has been increasing. All companies try to increase programs' costs and effectiveness so they research new techniques. But they must develop programs with thinking the future. Solves which's effectiveness is short should not important for companies. They research new techniques which effectiveness continues long time. Analyzing future is ver important for success. To protect competitivenes has been gotten hard with globalization. Because of this reason, companies give big importance to training programs. Because they know that employees are backbone of their company and can help companies compatitiveness a lot.

We said ‘analyzing future is important'. We can invastigate some future trends that will affect training. Some of them are;
1. the use of new Technologies for training delivery will increase.
2. demand for training for virtual work arregements will rise
3. emphasis on capture and storage and use of intellectual capital will increase
4. companies will rely on learning management systems, integration with business processes and real time learning.
5. training will focus on business needs and performance.
6. training departments will develop partnerships and will outsource.
7. training and development will be viewed more from a change model perspective.[1]

Before explaining these trends, i want to write about socio-economic structure. Fundamental changes in the behaviour of societies and economies happen much more slowly than the technological developments that influence them. But even small shifts on this scale have a seismic impact, with a substantial circle of influence.
