The difference between Taiwan and China
Taiwan, not much people know this country, most people think that Taiwan is the same as Hong Kong or Macau, a part of China, but actually Taiwan is the independent country in East Asia. The official name of Taiwan is “Republic of China” different from China is “People Republic of China”. About 65 years ago, there were a civil war inside mainland China between two biggest political parties.
Both parties named “Chinese Nationalist Party (KMT)” and ”Communist Party of China(CPC)” Finally, the KMT lost the war and retreated to the province Taiwan. The conflict between CPC and KMT is like the North and South Korea but now are much more peaceful than before because the economic issues. Taiwan's economic growth were so depend on export to U.S.A, but now the situation has changed, most Taiwan's factories moved to China because the lower labor cost and Taiwan’s biggest export country has become China also. Therefore it's hard to believe that a war would happen again between China and Taiwan.
