Introduction
Since 1991, the start of the World Wide Web, there has been a rapid increase of numbers in websites in the Internet and according to Netcraft in November 2013, the site had an increase of 18 million more responses compared to the 785,293,473 responses that they got last October 2013 [1]. There’s also a study on 2005 saying that there are more than 11.5 billion indexed pages [2]. Two sources for tracking the growth of the Web are http://searchengineshowdown.com/stats/ and http://searchenginewatch.com/article.php/2156481 and even though they’re not updated on a regular basis. Estimating the size of the whole Web is not an easy task due to its dynamic nature. Nevertheless, it is possible to assess the size of the publically indexable Web. The indexable Web [3] is

In The Dark Side of Web Anonymity by Catherine Holahan, there have stated Students who protested anonymous gossip sites wore shirts that read “Anonymity = Cowardice.” In my perspective, I agree these student’s view because I think if you want to spread gossip; they should let other know who said it. Since people can spread some gossips that is not true so I think people have to use their own name to become responsible. In addition, I feel people use Internet to become a form of cyber bully which I think is not fair to the victim. They can ruining other people’s reputation and they the victim may not get their reputation for a long period of time. I think people that use anonymity is cowardice because they think they can get away without trouble and they will make up stuff to the person they hate without other to know.…

After graduating from Oxford University, Sir Tim Berners-Lee became a software engineer at CERN, the large particle physics laboratory near Geneva, Switzerland. Scientists, from all over the world came to use it's accelerators, but Sir Tim noticed that they were having difficulty sharing information(“History of the Web” 4). Millions of computers were being connected together through the fast-developing Internet and Berners-Lee realized they could share information by exploiting an emerging technology called hypertext(“History of the web” 6). By 1990, the first Web page was served on the open internet, and in 1991, people outside of CERN were invited to join this new Web community(¨History of the Web¨ 7). Tim realized that its true potential would only be unleashed if anyone, anywhere could use it without paying a fee or having to ask for permission, So, Tim and others advocated to ensure that CERN would agree to make the underlying code available on a royalty-free basis, forever(“History of the Web” 10). The World Wide Web has really changed our life today, all of our phones, computers, games, and several others that we use every second of our lives wouldn’t have been possible without it.…

While analyzing the Deep Web’s interface functions to support its authenticity as a public sphere, there continue to be weaknesses that inhibit its mass adoption; the media. Much of the public and media interest in the Deep Web stemmed the arrests of the owners of Silk Road, an online store that exclusively sells illegal narcotics. With events like these, the media portrays the Deep Web as a paradise for technological criminals and hackers. For example, journalist John Merrel writes an article on the website Uwire, discussing the criminality of the Deep Web. Using language describing the Deep Web like “hidden” and “secret,” and horror stories like the use of hired assassins, the journalist supports the stereotype that the Deep Web only…
