statement of the problem: what are the strategies that can be suggest those graduating students from high school on how to choose the perfect course from them?
I. Definition of the problem
A.DEFINITION
1. What is meant by graduating students?
2. What is meant by perfect score? 3. what is meant by suggestion?
B. Delimitation
1. Are we focus on students from public or private?
2. on what certain school do you want to focus our problem? 3. are we focus on star section or lower section?
II. Nature of the problem
A. What is the status quo?
1.what are the evidences that the problem really exists? 2. What is the ratio of the student who forced by their parent to choose their course? 3. what are the attitudes of the students in class who choose their course by there own?
B.What are the causes of mismatch of their skills?
1. is the peer group is a cause? 2. is the forcing by their parent to take that course is a cause?
3.is their self decisions is the cause?
4. is searching for in demand course/job is cause?
C. What are the criteria if the problem remains unsolved?
1. Do we aim to teach them on how to choose the perfect course for them? 2. Do we aim to increase the number of college students that taking a course that match to their skills?
III. Suggested courses of action
A. will it help if their parents let their choose the course they want? B. will it help if they get an advise to guidance councilor,teachers, and peer groups? C. Will it help if they search the in demand courses or jobs? D. will it help if they focus on their skills or talents?

This random sample consisted of 200 students out of a population of 9,924. The stratification factors were sex and academic classification. This survey was conducted via mail after telephone solicitation and the response rate was 54 percent (108 subjects) while 53 percent (106 questionnaires) were usable. The second survey was referred to as the high school sample. In this survey 178 students were randomly selected out of a population of 4,062. Participants were survey during study halls in order to comply with the School Board’s wishes and the response rate was 65.7 percent (117 subjects) while 62.9 percent (112 questionnaires) were usable.…
