I, Selena Quintanilla Perez father will tell you about my daughter's life. She was an american singer, songwriter, spokesperson, actress & a fashion designer. She was born on April 19, 1971 in Lake Jackson ,TX. Selena was a child that was upbeat with a big smile and constantly cheerful. She was well liked by her peers. She enjoyed playing with dolls. Selena was a exercised maturity and respectfulness when in company of adults, she will always addressing them with “Yes/ ma’ma/ no sir.” My daughter selena was killed by Yolanda Saldivar on March 34, 1995 at Corpus Christi, TX. Martinez, my daughters had tried to contact him that morning but he could not speak on the phone because he was performing surgery. At 10 a.m I contacted perez to determine the whereabouts of selena , she was due to record a song at Q-production that morning and had not arrived. At the motel room, Selena and yolanda began arguing and the motel guests complained about loud noises coming from yolanda's room. Selena told yolanda that she could no longer be trusted and demand yolanda to return her financials paper. Selena dumped yolanda satchel containing bank statements onto the bed and selena saw a gun on the side. Yolanda pointed the gun atr selena, selena tried to flee but yolanda shot her on her lower right shoulder, which severing an artery and causing massive loss of blooding. Selena was critically wounded, so she ran towards the lobby leaving trails of blood 392 feet long. Yolanda was chasing selena so she could shoot her again. Selena screamed at the staff telling them to lock the doors. Deleon tried to talk to selena but he noticed that she was lose consciousness, he said selena was moaning and moving less. An ambulance arrived, the paramedics tore away the green sweater where the bleeding was taking place and applied vaseline gauze to help her wound. The officer drew his gun and order yolanda out of the truck but she did not comply. She was blocked by so many polices, she picked up her pistol and pointed it at her right temple.     While being married Costa fathered 3 children. The relationship began getting complicated due to drug use, causing irresponsible and bizarre behaviors. During June of 1966, at the age of 21, Costa brought home Bonnie Williams and Diane Federoff, two hippie girls, promising to take them to Pennsylvania. Costa told the police that he took the girls to Hayward, California after they went missing. Many believed these two ladies were Costa’s first victims, although he was never convicted of killing them. He was suspected of killing 8 girls, Bonnie Williams, Diane Federoff, Barbara Spaulding, Sydney Monzon, Susan Perry, Christine Gallant, Patricia Walsh, and Mary Anne Wysocki. While he was in California he started dating Sydney Monzon, they then moved from California to Provincetown Massachusetts. On May 17th, 1968 Costa stole surgical instruments and various drugs from a doctor’s office. In June of 1969 Monzon was reported missing and never seen again. On September 25th, 1968 his new girlfriend of one week, Susan Perry, disappeared out of the blue. Costa told Perry’s friends that she left for Mexico. Costa was arrested for driving with a suspended license, and for not supporting his children and wife, he was released after 2 months and began hanging around and doing drugs Christine Gallant, she drowned from overdosing, it is suspected that he drowned her but no one knows for sure. On January 29th, 1969 Patricia Walsh and Mary Anne Wysocki were on a trip to Provincetown and disappeared. During a search party on March 2nd ,1969 a woman’s body was found mutilated in the Old Truro Cemetery, this body was Susan Perry’s his girlfriend of one week before she “left for Mexico”.
