Legitimate power style: is the authority given to the leader which he or she must follow accordingly to the legislation so its very important for the leader to distinguished from a follower, due to the greater rights and responsibilities he has compared to others. The additional rights that power bestows on him, distinguishes him from followers.

In big organization this leadership is designed and structured in every higher positions and the authority as an answer to every future problems or conflicts as well as to get the job done efficiently and this leadership power lies at the very apex of the power pyramid structure however leaders of this style may exercise more power than his limits, by accepting additional responsibility from his seniors if it occurs.
Reward: this leadership is more focussing in repaying pack for hard worker and for their commitment as a way of saying thank you very much for the work and keep it up. The introduction of rewarding means that people feel important and well appreciated for the service they have provided or the work they have done. The leader excels at creating opportunities to provide rewards, recognition and thanks to his or her staff which it encourage them to do more as a result of that rewarding program which makes the work better environment to associate with in which people feel important and appreciated and this can be good to the business because it creates a good reputation for the business.
Coercive: This leadership is more like “do as I say I am the boss” however to understand this aspect of attitude behind this approach it depends and what is the conditions or situation. Leadership style as this can be effective use of tool especially when you discussing when it's appropriate to use this style. For example, if a department is having trouble with employees using unsafe work practices, then the leader might utilize the coercive style to gain immediate compliance with the company's safety standards.     There are several factors that will influence the choice of leadership styles and behaviours in workplace situations, some of the factors may develop naturally through ones personality and others are the product of the leaders environment. One factor is the leaders own personality as their leadership style becomes an extension of who they are. For example; leaders with dominating personalities are more likely to dominate their team rather than be part of said team. The level of control a leader wishes to maintain over their team also influences their leadership style, as some may delegate work to others, but others feel the need to be involved in every aspect of day to day work therefore increasing their workload and often not utilizing their team to the best of its ability.
