Road Safety Slogans
Road Safety Slogans

One of the most accident-prone zones have got to be roads. The number of road accidents is on the rise, only because people forget safe driving rules. Some of the slogans on traffic safety help put the idea of safety across and reduce incidents of reckless driving. Here are certain slogans for road safety that you can look into.

Chance takers are accident makers.
Be alert! Accidents hurt.
The best car safety device is a rear-view mirror with a cop in it.
You can't get home, unless you're safe.
When jogging, run against the traffic flow.
Slow down! Your family is waiting for you.
It's better to lose one minute in life... than to lose life in a minute.
CAUTION - I Brake For Stop Signs!
Hug your kids at home, but belt them in the car.
Life doesn't have a reset button. Drive safe.
Drive like hell and you will be there.
Know road safety, No injury. No road safety, Know injury.
Do not mix drinking and driving.
If you know you are driving to your death - would you still drive so fast?
Make safety a reality and don't be a fatality.
Why learn the hard way? Obey safety rules.
The earth spins at 1,000 mph. Wear your seat belts.
Life did not begin by accident. Don't end it as one.
Drive as if every child on the street were your own.
Night doubles traffic troubles.
Work to be safe, be safe so you can work.
Stop accidents before they stop you.
Safety's intention is accident prevention.
Better to arrive late than never.

Workplace Safety Slogans

There are many work-related injuries that occur when workers forget to take the necessary precautions. Many times, with experience, one tends to give less importance to safety measures because one feels that they have perfected their job. However, a single miss can lead to a major tragedy. Some of the slogans related to the workplace are as follows.

Safety isn't just a slogan, it's a way of life.
Remember - Safety is not a job; it is a way of life.
Safety doesn't slow the job down but mishaps do.
A spill, a slip, a hospital trip.
Never think working safe is in vain when it could save a lifetime of pain.
When putting away a chemical shipment, remember Personal Protective Equipment.
Your safety is everyone's responsibility, especially yours.
Ignoring a warning can cause much mourning.
Wear the right protective equipment for the job.
Just because you always did it that way, doesn't make it right.
Use the right tool for the job.
In case of injury, remember 'RICE'- Rest, Ice, Compress and Elevate.
Safety is a frame of mind - so concentrate on it -- all the time.
At work, at play; let safety lead the way.
Working safely each day will keep the doctor away.
Safety is a full-time job, don't make it a part-time practice.
Safety... You will regret if you forget.
Safety glasses: All in favor say "Eye!"
Tomorrow -- Your reward for working safely today.
Hear today gone tomorrow - use your hearing protection.
Safe to do? Ask!
Broken tools can be replaced. You can't.
Team Safety. It's just good business.
We need you! Work safely.
Use safety as a vital tool, at work it's the 'Golden Rule'.

Fire Safety Slogans

Fire as an element is one of the most dangerous forms of destruction -- once it takes over, there is very little that one can do. That is why, it is important to take the necessary safety precautions and avoid the emergence of such a situation. Here are a few slogans that will help make this point clear.

Fire safety on, accidents gone.
Know the roots of fire safety- enjoy the fruits of duty.
Accident brings tears, fire safety brings cheers.
Ensure fire safety, save life, save property.
A fire today - no job tomorrow
Fire catches, so don't play with matches.
Fires that are small, soon will be tall!
Cooking food's hot, so don't touch the pot!
Crawl down low, when it's time to go!
Fire safety goes, danger grows.
Get out quick, before the smoke gets thick!
When in doubt, there's two ways out!
Gather your clan, make a fire plan.
Hey just in case, have a meeting place.
Never hide, stay outside!
Stop, drop, and roll.
Learn not to burn.
Fire is a good servant but a bad master.
Whatever burns, never returns.
Safety, like a good retirement plan, provides for a better tomorrow!

"Don't be a fool, Cause Safety is cool, so make that your rule."

"Safety is as simple as ABC - Always Be Careful"
One tree can make a million matches. One match can destroy a million trees.

Protect our earth today for our children’s tomorrow

Once all the rainforests are cut down, once all the rivers have dried up, and once all the resources are diminished, we will finally realize we can’t eat money.

Physical Danger
Showing concern for your well-being,
May involve occasional fleeing.
Nobody ever wants to get hurt,
So much easier, with an alert.
What else can we say about physical danger,
We try to avoid it, like a mean stranger.
Sometimes it just seems to follow,
Right to the point, where we can't even swallow.
A safety helmet or a karate kick?
Will that save us from a falling brick?
What is the best way, we can protect,
Physical danger that we could detect.

Drive Safe

It's important to safely drive,
Avoid injuries and stay alive.
Watch the lanes, try not to speed,
Cops will get you, if you exceed.
When we drive and try to text,
A serious accident, could be next.
Keep your eyes on the road,
Don't try to fix it, get it towed.
While driving think of others,
Don't drink and drive, for all the mothers,
If you hear your cell phone ring,
Many consequences it may bring.

ndustrial Safety
It all begins with the safety shoe,
Protective glasses may not give you the best view,
We all know, they're often essential,
Accidents may result in loss of potential.
Simple things such as climbing a latter,
If done carelessly, many bones could shatter.
This poem is not intended to scare,
To stay safe, you must be aware.
Please be careful with that large machine,
It can crush your liver and spleen.
Handle chemicals with extra care,
Otherwise, you'll need a prayer.
Industrial jobs, risks they posses,
If you're not sure, you better not guess.
Because safety is number one,
A safe workplace, can also be fun.

Office Safety
What do you think of your office chair?
If it's not ergonomic, your back should beware.
You definitely need, great back support,
Don't take chances, it's not a sport.
Excellent chairs, are not very cheap,
But they'll prevent the pain and the weep.
Just make sure, if you do invest,
Sit in a few, go with the best.
In a good chair, you could sit for hours,
You should still get up, and go smell the flowers.
Office safety, when you work and you're sitting,
Save your back, begin with admitting.

Workplace Safety
Workplace safety can result in plenty of stress,
If you're not careful, there could be a mess.
Let's begin by bending our knees,
If you need help, simply say please.
What about the shoes that you wear,
Are there things that require repair?
Sometimes we are simply careless,
A little shock will leave us hairless.
So many things we should keep in mind,
Injury will join us, if we choose to be blind.
Workplace safety, let's do as a team,
If we do it right, we won't hear a scream.

People have to be trained to use all machinery which is needed at work so that it is used correctly and does not pose a risk to yourself and others. Identifying and following procedures should be practised in the work place. Organizational practices that promote safety can also help a company establish competitive advantage by reducing costs of absenteeism due to accidents and complying with safety laws. The statistics recorded from evaluations can be used as future resources for safety professionals when trying to persuade managers on a new purchase. (Maguire, 2006) Indications of increased employee safety can, in return, increase their morale and overall production rate. Also, if a safety program begins to stagnate or have recurring similar injuries, information can be investigated to decide probable causes. Depending on the quality of evaluation, safety professionals could not only determine the initial problem, but determine possible future situations. The process of finding futuristic problems usually occurs through two methods. First, someone that is not familiar with a machine or process performs a job safety analysis. Throughout the job safety analysis, people who are familiar with the situation tend to become comfortable with operations undermining any possible hazards. Unfamiliar people have to look closer to completely grasp a process, but may realize how dangerous an ordinary operation is. Secondly, ergonomic concerns introduce the concept of cumulative trauma disorders. As the National Safety Council notes, “A cumulative trauma disorder, also known as CTD, is defined as the excessive wear and tear on tendons, muscles and sensitive nerve tissue caused by continuous use over an extended period of time.” (NSC 2013) Therefore, if a job safety analysis sheet shows an employee is…

Every time we hit the road, we see road signs and markings along the way but not all of us know what they mean. Some think that the white markings and lines on the road are simply for decoration while others ignore traffic signs. This lack of knowledge about traffic signs and road markings and/or disregarding them are the most common causes of the increase in road traffic crashes that kill and injure road users, according to the World Health Organization. For this reason, non-profit, public service-oriented non-government organizations like the Automobile Association Philippines (AAP) are focused on promoting road safety.…
