REFORMATION DINNER PARTY
Scenario: You are hosting a dinner party and have invited only the main characters in the Protestant and Catholic Reformations. One of the most integral parts in planning a successful dinner party is the seating arrangement. A successful seating arrangement facilitates lively discussion and creates a comfortable, relaxed environment.

6. Henry VIII
9. Clement VII
3. Charles V
7. John Calvin
10. Thomas More
4. Ignatius Loyola

Part Two (Writing) Over 2-3 pages, go around the table and identify each of the characters and then defend your seating arrangement. Consider the following questions as you discuss your seating arrangement: What are the religious/doctrinal beliefs of each character? What do the characters have in common? What topics of conversation could the characters discuss? What do you think they would discuss? You may even want to include a section on why you would absolutely, under no circumstances put certain characters next to each other. Write your response below
