Ramayana

THE RAMAYANA I am a Hindu and I practice the Hindu religion and therefore the Ramayana is one of the great epics that I am aware of as it plays a huge role in the upbringing of the Hindu religion. There are so many characters in this great epic and the most talked characters are; Rama, Sita, and Lakshmana. If I were to mention what the brief summary of this great epic, then I would say this is a story about the three characters that is Rama, his wife Sita, and brother Lakshmana and their journey through a 14 year exile away from their home into the jungles. There are so many aspects to this epic story that a short paper may not cover all of it but I would love to talk about some of the other prime characters that make this a great epic like Ravana and Hanuman. I am aware of the various questions that come up regarding this epic like why did they go to exile? and what were the problems they went through? and why are these characters important?. Hence I am going to be talking about these characters and in some way I will be telling their stories about their adventures. It would be very correct to say that yes this epic fits correctly to the civilization around the Indian culture and also the Indus valley. Back when people sorted questions about life, death, dharma, karma, and time and many more question, The Ramayana fitted well into the gaps. Time was changing, and there were a lot of changes around the civilization and that’s when its believed that this great man Rama also known to be noble, dutiful, brave and also the prince of Ayodhya was married to a beautiful woman named Sita. Due to many family conflicts between the wives of the king of Ayodhya and the father of Rama, Rama is sent to exile. While Rama, his wife and brother are living a simple yet happy life in the forest, they are struck by tragedy.
