Project Management

Project management is a way of managing change, on everything from planning a wedding, the Olympics, educational goals, or improving business practices. It describes the activities that meet specific objectives to introduce a specified task or improve new or existing products and services. Effective projects have effective leaders and workers. And, effective project management requires a skilled project manager, and a vision, along with the resources, money, and time to devote to the planning, implementation, and completion of the project.
Successful project managers require a clear understanding of how things work together to produce an objective or goal, by efficiently managing the four basic elements of any project, which are; resources, time, money, and scope. The resources required are to include the people or the employees, the equipment, and the necessary materials. In other words, what physically is required to design or build this project? To begin, successful projects need the right person driving the bus, and that is the project manager. These talented leaders are the change agents, because they initiate change. They make project goals their own and use their ability and mastery to bring to the table their constructs, ideas, and wisdom to project to the team. Many enjoy the organized adrenaline of new challenges and the responsibility of driving business results. Other required tasks for project managers is being able to set priorities, to arrange the hierarchy of projects, tasks and activities. Important conditions such as safety, time and quality assurance are also factors they contend with during planning. They must organize and maintain a strong communication pipeline with their team to collaborate and discuss ideas. Various roles and job descriptions must be recognized to successfully carry out the given plan, which means addressing the first basic element of managing a project, getting the right resources
