1. When organising a business event, describe the range of support activities that may be required.

Support activities will include before event activities like preparing documents or invading speakers. Will also include during event activities like face to face interactions with the clients, guests, but also plenty of not straightforward activities such making sure that everything is in correct place, all guests arrived. It will also include looking after refreshments, guest that they are looking/need information.
Will also include after event tasks. It’s very important to close event analysing the feedback forms, following up leads potential clients and also for future references review whole event to look for improvements for next time.
