Good morning ladies and gentlemen. As a student, you usually sleep late at night because you have to study and also because of your home work, then you’d have to wake up early for your classes. You walk to your classrooms feeling like a zombie. When you have your first subject of the day, you feel really sleepy and tired, and you can’t concentrate so much. This has been part of your daily routine for years. We all know that waking up early in the morning is one of your battles, especially if you had slept late the night before. Going to school sans energy is ineffectual. You just can’t go to school compromising your capability to pay attention, solve problems, and withhold any information your teacher is feeding you. Sleep is extremely important to your welfare. Imagine going to school and feeling that you are not too tired all the time.
As what Kyla Wahlstrom found out, sleep deprivation can cause serious matters to your emotions and behaviors, too. Some of these problems are depression, grumpiness, low control in violence, and indecisiveness; and this can also cause metabolic changes.
You don’t want any of those health problems to add to your challenges in school, right?
Sleep is not an indulgence; it is actually a biological need that could help with your mood and abilities. Thereupon, going to school early has its pros and cons.
