Challenge is often viewed as a negative and rejecting word. In reality life would not move forward without unfavorable factors. Life is a series of pleasant and unpleasant elements and events combined together to take us to our desired destination. Obstacles help us to learn and grow in our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects during our lifespan. Self-improvement is the first step to advance and navigate personal and professional life to the right direction. Opposing forces in life help build our characters, teach us lessons we need, and make us realize that anything is possible despite the hardships. “Even though they (challenges) can be difficult to manage through and can hit you at your core, if you had a life free of challenges, you would really just be going through the motions and miss out on some very important opportunities to grow and get stronger” (Sibyl, 2011). In a personal level individuals struggle to find a balance between work and school, maintain a healthy physical life, and sustain a positive mental health. Professional challenges are also significant part of the development. If they are not managed well they will have a negative effect in career as well as personal life. They can be ranged from growing and developing professionally (pursuing…
