OBSERVATION /DISCUSSION – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) said that there is a Low Pressure Area (LPA) that could develop into a tropical cyclone in the areas of Mindanao. Mindanao are still reeling from the effects of two powerful storm last month. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services (PAGASA) are alerting all the residents in Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental to prepare for the moderate and thunder storms, they warn all the residents of the possibility of flashfloods or landslides.
