FCC: Federal Communications Commission- 7 commissioners appointed the president of the USA that have the power to regulate electrical-communications systems that originate in the United States.
NIST: National Institute of Standards and Technology- assist in the improvement and development of manufacturing technology, improving product quality and reliability.
OSHA: Occupational Safety and Health Administration- as a division of the US department of labor, they pass and enforce laws designed to protect employees from many types of job hazards.
