my hobbies in french
Hi my name is (enter you name) and I am going to talk about the difference between the French and English school.
In the morning as I wake up the first thing that I do is to brush my teeth and my hair and thereafter to get ready I wear a pair of black trousers, black socks and a pair of black shoes. Also I have to wear a white shirt with a red, black and gold tie. I also have to wear a black cardigan and a black blazer. Whereas in the French schools, you do not have to wear school uniforms at all. It’s fantastic!
I leave my house at twenty to seven, because I go to my friend’s house and we walk to school together. When I go to my friend’s house it would normally be about ten to seven. When we go to school we sometimes go by bus or walk. We then get to school by quarter past eight. Our school starts at half past eight. The hours in the English school are shorter, however, the hours in the French school which means that I can get more leisure time at home. Very good.
Our school, Barking Abbey was founded in 1922 and used to be joined with another school which is why now we have 2 parts of the school, on one hand there is the lower school and on the other hand there is the upper school. This school has around 2,000 pupils and many teachers. But in France there are many more pupils. I think that this will make the classes too crowded. There is a saying that I our school has which is, ‘give and except the best’. Our school are a specialist in sports and humanities. The subjects are very interesting. But my favorite subject is art, I love art since I was a little kid as I was very fond of it. In art we can be very creative and imaginative. The subjects that we have to do for our GCSE are English, math, science, P.E. and I.C.T. the subjects that I don’t like are English and math given that in English we have had a lot of teachers that can ruin our education. The subjects that I am very passionate about are science and I.C.T. as the teachers are very kind and make

If school started at 9:00am kids would get more sleep and they would be more focused in class. 9:30am would be the perfect time to start school.…

Schools are all built according to what the thinking was at the time of it being built. Some schools were built with open plan classrooms. This may cause problems with noise. If it is possible sliding doors should be installed and used to patrician the classroom off. If this isn 't possible different areas of the classroom can be used for different activities. For example when using the interactive white board the pupils could gather round it on the floor. When explaining a lesson pupils could sit round the teacher then go to their desks and do the work. Some schools…

Dear Sir, Dear Madam, I am writing in application for a place in your graduate program, namely the Ph.D. in French Studies with a concentration in Language and Identity, to start in the fall of 2006. I am currently completing my Master 1 at the Sorbonne University (Paris III), having also acquired my B.A. (Licence) in that institution. My Bachelors and my current Masters at the Sorbonne primarily consist of the study of French literature and dramaturgical texts from the 16th up until the present day. I have had the opportunity to study in depth classic authors such as Moliere, Racine or Corneille. I have been especially marked by the latter author in his tragedy “Le Cid”. My education has also included the works of Rousseau, Beaumarchais, Montesquieu, Hugo, Zola Chateaubriand, Apollinaire, Aragon and other 18th to 20th Century writers. Many of the ideas advanced by these 18th Century writers went on to play a tremendous role in shaping France and Europe via their influence on the revolutionaries of 1789. Hugo and Zola also influenced their generation by exposing societal injustice in their works, most notably in “Germinal“and “Les Miserables”. Throughout my high school and university education I have studied foreign languages such as French and English. I have always had a particular passion for France (where I have lived for several years) and French culture and language. I was admitted to the Perm State University in order to learn French. In order to broaden my knowledge I enthusiastically took up the opportunity to move to France, where I have spent most of the last five years of my life, working and studying at the same time. When I arrived in France, I worked as an au pair (alongside my studies), as well as for a tour operator. I have also taught French to both teenagers and adults while in Russia, and Russian and French whilst in France. These experiences have greatly aided me in developing my teaching and communication…
