Nobody knows what the future will hold for them especially if they cannot manage on their own and have been dependent on other people. The advice given is to look for a place that is comfortable and compliments ones lifestyle. Not only does the atmosphere have to be at your satisfaction level but also the place itself. What to look for when one finds their ideal place, look for safety. Perhaps a fire happens, make sure you have more than one exit. Check the amount of space, for instance, you want kids, you can not have a small place and want kids, make sure you have enough room for them to not be too crowded. As for the cleanliness, always look or rodents or insects, especially on the visible floors or inside cabinets and under floor rugs. This is always important because there are constant outbreaks of bed bugs and this is a serious conflict when experiencing finding a place to live. Financially, take your time. There are places that are very expensive and are not in the field of your annual income. Always be prepared and have a plan on the way to pay mortgage, water bills, electrical bills, cable bills, all sorts of bills in the book. If one does not pay for these because the housing is too expensive, then you have to start all over and find another place to live.
