2. Massage Therapy- I would do this type of treatment because I have a cousin who did this. He was able to relieve stress and reduce his anxiety because of massage therapy.
3. Psychological Therapy- It can enable patients to understand their feelings and what makes them feel positive, anxious, or depressed.
