MAC Self Reflection
MAC Self Reflection Embarking on a journey of tenacity and leadership has been the cornerstone of my personal growth and development. My experiences have sculpted values of intense dedication and resilience. I’ve had countless achievements in music, from playing guitar on stage at local festivals to much larger events such as Edmonton Rock Fest and opening for Tom Cochrane and Chilliwack. Now, as I stand at a new chapter in my academic journey, I am drawn to Archbishop MacDonald High School due to the academic excellence, outstanding athletics, and values presented by the school.

My faith in God has been an important guiding light even as far back as my early life in the Philippines. It has instilled in me a deep sense of compassion, humility, and service to others. Furthermore, Archbishop MacDonald High School aligns with the Filipino values of kindness and hospitality. I believe that MAC’s value-based education will not only support my academic growth, but also nurture my spiritual development, empowering me to lead a life rooted in faith and service. …show more content…
Particularly for basketball. As an avid player deeply invested in the discipline and brotherhood of the game, challenges regarding injury have presented themselves as difficult barriers. Yet, these obstacles would catalyze my personal growth; moreover, it would amplify my ability to bounce back. Despite these setbacks, I refused to allow myself to fall behind. Rigorous workouts, rehabilitation, and commitment to my team aided me in overcoming these challenges, emerging stronger and more determined than ever before. My life has revolved around basketball and I hope MAC athletics will assist me in achieving my goal of becoming a professional
