Long Term Goal

I have chosen to pursue my degree in the field of Health Care Administration. My long term goal is to one day be the top administrator of a hospital, or even open up my own Health Care facility. Five years from now, I would like to be employed in a health care organization. During that time, I would have the opportunity to get an introduction to gain insight first handedly as to what a health care administrator does, i.e. entry level management position, internship etc. Qualifications that I would already possess are my Bachelor’s degree, management experience, strategic planning. Additional steps that I will need to take to be even more experienced would be gaining more experience and training, and pursing my master’s degree within that field.
