| | | |the information is incorrect or not accurate this could potentially harm the child’s development therefore it is | |
| | | |important that all information received is reliable. It is also important to avoid being bias when observing a | |
| | | |child we need to ensure that we give an accurate observation to help the child achieve the best they can achieve. | |
