Using appropriate material from the literature, in no more than 3000 words answer the following question:
Explain how you would use one or more leadership theories or approaches to provide the quality of leadership required to make WaveRiders a successful company once again.
You may make use of any of the team material generated during the mini-projects to create a rich picture of the transformation of the business. Your role in the business is leadership coach.

It is suggested that you start by coaching the Chief Executive as he and the Directors create the vision, strategy and associated goals for WaveRiders. Then select any one of the Directors for additional coaching to support deployment of the goals through the department as shown in the Organization Structure.

Notes:
(1) Justify all of your decisions in the selection and application of theories.
(2) You do not have to justify which director you select for coaching. You may assume that all directors will be coached by your coaching team.
(3) The emphasis of this assignment is the selection and application of
