1.0 Introduction Technology plays an integral role in everyday life. It has been recognized as a major driver of modernization of different aspects in life. In the field of IT, there are lot programmers who create different automated systems to facilitate faster transactions for various companies. This has inspired the developers to create a computerized payment system which aims to provide quality software products with more “user friendly interface and filled with security features. The advent of technology has changed the way we live, work and spends leisure time. Computer was considered the lifeblood of society; they are everywhere. And the advancement in discoveries, both in hardware and software, keep coming, day in and day out. Computerized Inventory System and Point of Sales for Phoenix Petroleum is designed using a high level programming language which provides easier and faster customer service transactions. Reports are the most important tasks in every company. These should be accurate less in redundancy, and the documents must always be secure. The aim of the system is to give benefits of the company of the lesser error of computation of sales and security sensitive.

1.1 Background of the Study

1.2 Statement of Objective The aim of this study is to develop a useful system for the store which has the capability to encode purchased and acquired by the clients and to automatically display a bill after. We also aim to keep track on the inventory of products. The sold products are deducted from the stored items in the inventory system. The system warns the employee if the sold are available.

1.2.1 General Objective
To create a Computerized Inventory System and Point of Sales for Phoenix Petroleum that makes transaction easier, faster and secure. The developers main objective is to create a Computerized Payment in Inventory System that assures that every process and transaction is done in a accurately and in a more secure manner.
