The main purpose of information professionals is to provide access to information for all professional fields for information. Disclaimer of professional information and Prohibit any restriction on access to information and ideas, using a filtering either by States, Governments, civil society or religion or institution.
Professional information offering service to the public should try to make their access offer to every collection and services free of charge to the user. If membership fees and administrative charges are unavoidable, they should be kept as low as possible and practical solutions found so less fortunate people is not excluded. Information professionals promote and give publicity to the collection and services so that the users and potential users are aware of the existence and availability of them. Professional information is using the methods that have the most effective ways to ensure that the materials are accessible by all. For this reason they are trying to find information on professional website which meets with international standards for access and access to them is not subject to restrictions.
