It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction.

What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behavior to children? It has been rightly said that today’s youths are leaders of tomorrow. Hence, it becomes the prime responsibility of the parents and well-wishers to raise the children properly. They believe that employers would prefer someone who is bilingual rather monolingual. Not only for job seekers, but it will also greatly help travelers who keeping travelling other countries. It enhances the unique experience of the travelers, when they know a foreign language. If we talk from business point of view, learning a new language may help you some new clients or projects. Investing on art such as paintings, sculptures and literature is important to the nation. This will provide more education to the people about the rich history and culture of the nation. These days, children have become so much influenced by the western culture; they do not know anything about their values and culture. Through investing in art and culture, we can teach our kids about the rich history and culture of our nation.
It is rightly said that excess of everything is bad. If government keeps investing on art and culture without giving importance to other useful areas, such as hospitals, schools and construction of roads, it will create imbalance, which will ultimately affect the life of the individuals. Hence, government should know how much they need to spend and where so that other important and essential things do not go neglected.
I agree with the fact that government is and should invest on art but at the same time without neglecting other essential things. There should be a fine balance between the various things where they are investing without overdoing some and under doing
