The Impact of HRM
Ideas presented that seemed to be the best in two different fields of human resource management was offering a good 401 k plan and job performance appraisals. By offering good benefits that makes the job worth performing and then returning to the employee on encouraged performance or missed opportunities that may benefit them to improve on or encourage to continue performing in a certain area. Job appraisals can be tricky, the employer wants corrective actions to be taken on things that need to be improved but does not want the employee to be discouraged on continuing the beneficial things that they are doing for the company. That is way an intriguing benefit package such as a 401 k plan should continue the motivation for the employee. In addition on improving the motivation that the employee has, when the company improves employee benefits it also improves labor relations for the company. The 401 k plan plus employee appraisals should go hand-in-hand in order to determine how much benefits or company contributions will be made over a period of time a employee deserves. When an employee works hard for their benefits, they might be recognized formally for their hard work or just simply recognized in front of their colleagues in order to improve their job performance to increase their appraisal ratings. However, all sections of the human resource management team needs to work together in order to create a successful team, create an effective competitor in the market, and efficiently utilize resources in an effective manner in order to comply with the company's ultimate
