Frontier Communications
The main focus of the business at Frontier Communications is customers’ satisfaction. As a result, the whole environment at the workplace is surrounding this aspect of company’s success. Although the company is primarily focused its strategies and resources for gaining and retaining the loyalty of its customers, it doesn’t put its valued employees behind in any aspect of sharing value.
The best practice appears in its efforts to make the activities clear so that everyone understands one’s roles and responsibilities. An important way of reducing hurdles and communication barriers among employees is eliminating as much ambiguity among their roles as possible (Bray & Brawley, 2002).

After bringing in highly talented, motivated, and suitable staff, the organization has to keep their talent and motivation at its highest level. Different theories give the different way of motivating employees. Some argue about the effects of positive and negative perceptions of managers (McGregor, 1960), other discuss their needs (Maslow, 1943), and still others look at the effect of working conditions on the performance of individuals (Herzberg, 1959). In order for maintaining a high level of motivation among employees, every company needs to understand the value of all these factors; it should be providing supporting and encouraging workplace environment, the managers need to be considerate about the abilities and roles of subordinates, and employees’ needs from the job should be adequately met.
Frontier Communication understands its own need for highly motivated and efficient workforce. It makes the environment at its workplace friendly and welcoming for the workers. Through its induction process and code of conduct manual, it emphasizes the need of mutual respect and understanding thus encouraging individuals to create a healthy and positive environment for themselves and others. The company has set up an information system that is transparent and encourages open communication from the relevant employees. Like any other modern organization, this company has established reporting and delegating hierarchy so that the employees can convey the information through the right channel.
Innovation and creativity
Nowadays, every organization understands the importance of being responsive to consumers’ needs and desires. The changing behaviors from the customers make it important for the corporate sector to be prompt in understanding the changing trend and creating improved and enhanced solutions to these changes (Karantinou, Hogg, & Lewis, 2006). Frontier Communications is no exception to this transition. In order to be successful in the long run, it has to maintain the loyalty of its customers’ by providing for their needs.
Till now, the company has succeeded in creating value for money for its customers by offering innovative solutions to their communication needs. The company does so by keeping open communication channels with its customers. Moreover, it also reaches out to its customers to know what they value most in the services of the company and build its expertise around these competitive
